Price and payment

Does the price include VAT?

No. Prices are in US dollars, without VAT or installation. The quote shows them separately.

How do I pay?

A deposit starts manufacturing; the balance is paid before shipping.

Delivery

How long does it take?

Four weeks from the deposit. You can pick it up free at our warehouse or we deliver it.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes. You can pick up your generator free at our warehouse or we deliver it. Delivery is quoted by state.

Technical

What is the ATS?

The automatic transfer switch, with an ABB mechanism. It detects the outage, starts the generator and moves the load. When power returns, it moves the load back and stops the generator.

Standby or prime?

Standby is the power for occasional outages. Prime is what it delivers for unlimited hours. If you will run it many hours a day, choose by prime.

How do I know my voltage?

Check the meter plate or the main panel. 120/240 V is single-phase. 120/208 V and 277/480 V are three-phase.

What does the warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects in the engine, alternator and control panel.
